  2. @codeblak4 yeah i see what u mean actually fair point.. tbh im nt sure about that one cos i dnt use pre-workouts but they prob are as good as eating before training, but i do agree with things like eating more food to get stronger and training for less than 45 minutes on a 3day split and how a lot of supplements dont work

  11. @konini12 exactly you have to work harder to stay up there thats why a lot of rugy/ pro footballers are meso/ endomorphs, not saying it cant be done but very few people would be wiling to take on that life style

  12. yea bro truth to that, I managed to go from 80kg when i left school at 17 to 98kg now 21 and my bodyfat has gone down while training for local pro rugby team, I started with mainly hypertrophy to get bigger coz i was smaller then alot of the boys and now i mainly do strength power as Im big enough for my position in rugby… Can be done but you have 2 make sure you replace what you have lost after your training/rugby game.

  14. Haha nice! I’m on the football team we do cardio for like about 20 mins then hit the weights hard then go back out and like 15 mins of stretching and cardio again!

  19. It can be achieved, sports like rugby league and rugby union have big muscular players and those sports involve alot of aerobic and anaerobic activity for 80mins straight
