  2. Could You tell me please if it there is a difference in effectiveness between a fist push up and a normal push up? I used to do a lot of push ups and had a visible results: massive chest ( i was also 18-23 then, now Im 27). I always exercised to failure (exactly the way You understand it). The problem is that now my wrist is immobilised(forever, due to Kienbocks disease), I can do only fist push ups, and they’re not that effective -in short, I have almost no results. Do You have any idea why?

  4. if you want to look like this… you have to eat right… every diet /workout commercial always said “with diet and exercise” weighwatchers.. southbeach diet… any of them… if you want to look like this… eat right… 6 times a day… protien always after you work out… carbs b 4… 95% it is what you eat…

  9. @kalebmvp4 cardio is fine but hold off on the heavy weight training. if u do lift just use light weight and do a lot of reps so u dont mess up your body. keep it up kid

  15. @Georgegiapanta Also if you’re not a lot a lot, you should try upping the intake from your food groups. If you are burning more than you are consuming you will not gain size. It’s just that simple.

  16. i am 12 i do 30 minutes of biking 20 minutes of jump rope then do high intensity interval traing and weight every other day i am just seeing the results i want….HELP PLEASE

  24. Now I’m 155lbs 5’11 15 years old bench 185 squat 310. Curl 95. Good diet lots of eggs and seafood and meat

  25. Jjvo21″ I know how u feel I was 5’10 135lbs my freshman year I hit the gym a lot and took shakes and lots of carbs and protien I I were u I’d eat more eggs in the morning. Fit in the healthy shit ! No mc d.s. every week and stick with the gym and workin out just increase calorie intake
