  1. he say 60 min workout does rest in between set count?

  2. that is bullshit in order to let muscle grow you need to rest.

  3. this is shit video you call that good…..

  4. yeap you are right. You see power lifter they lift heavy weight for 1-2 reps, but i never see any power lifter with muscle mass like bodybuilder. On the other hand bodybuilder lift weight on reps, 8-10 reps, for 2-3 set, and they got muscle mass. lifting too heavy weight, it impossible to go to 8-10 reps.Reps which help grow muscle.

  5. @samathhak What are you talking about?

  6. thats bullshit cause lift heavy doesnt make ur muscle get bigger but agains that u can harm them and lose muscle or damage muscles cells which ur body can not recreate or replace cause muscle cells

  7. Great video and good info. I am addicted to the gym. How do I guard against over training? Should I lift 3 days and the other four days do cardio and stretching? It tought staying away, because its my natural high. Skinny can you do a video on overcoming plateaus too? Maybe I am overtraining and have reached my plateaus.
